Terms of Service

2) Eligibility; location

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the Service. You may use the Service only where it is lawful. We may restrict access in certain jurisdictions and may require age or location verification.

3) Account rules

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• One account per person unless we approve otherwise.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

4) Virtual currency and virtual items

• Virtual coins/credits/items ("Virtual Items") have no cash value and are not redeemable for money or for anything of real-world value.
• Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold, and are personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable.
• We may modify, manage, regulate, or remove Virtual Items at any time (including for balancing, fraud prevention, or compliance).

5) In-app purchases (if offered)

• Purchases may be processed by third-party platforms (e.g., Apple/Google) and are subject to their terms.
• All sales are final except where refunds are required by applicable law or platform policy.
• Purchased Virtual Items are still not redeemable for cash or real-world value.

6) User conduct

You agree not to: (a) cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots; (b) reverse engineer or interfere with the Service; (c) harass others or post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; (d) buy/sell accounts or Virtual Items outside the Service; (e) violate any law or third-party rights.

7) Intellectual property; license

The Service, including software, visuals, text, and trademarks, is owned by Marble PlayStation LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

8) Suspension; termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or cheating, or to protect the Service, users, or legal compliance. Upon termination, your license ends and Virtual Items may be forfeited.

9) Disclaimers; limitation of liability

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marble PlayStation LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/data, arising from or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (i) amounts you paid to us for the Service in the 6 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (ii) $100.

10) Disputes; governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state and federal courts located in New York County, New York for disputes arising out of these Terms or the Service.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by reasonable means (e.g., in-Service notice). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
