4) Minors Prohibition & Suspected Underage Use

If we suspect an account is used by, or on behalf of, someone under the minimum age, we may take actions such as:

  • Restricting access to age-restricted features while we review.
  • Requesting age/identity documentation.
  • Suspending or closing the account if underage use is confirmed.

We may also reverse or void promotions or bonuses obtained in violation of age requirements, and we will handle any remaining balances in accordance with applicable law and our terms.

5) Correcting Information & Appeals

If you believe your age verification result is incorrect, or you need to update your personal information, contact us with your account email and a brief explanation. We may request supporting documentation to correct records or complete verification. We aim to review appeals within a reasonable timeframe.

6) Data Handling
